  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to allow Tafel to locate it
  • Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address if available
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the complained-of use is not authorized by the copyright owner, the owner's agent, or the law
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the allegedly infringed exclusive right

Tafel may remove or disable access to material in response to a valid notice and may contact the user who submitted the material.

Counter Notifications

If you believe material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter notification to the designated agent above. To be effective, the counter notification should include substantially the following:

  • Your name, address, and telephone number
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal district court and accepting service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person's agent

Where applicable, Tafel may provide the counter notification to the original complaining party and follow the restoration process described by applicable law.

Repeat Infringers

Tafel may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate and may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material. Users may not upload content they do not have the right to provide.
